Forbidden Judo
A clip we liked on Youtube showing techniques that are now banned in judo contest. Includes leg grab techniques that are still taught in blue belt syllabus. Note some techniques are banned on safety grounds so please ask sensei before using any in the club.

Nage no Kata

Marie went on to get her Nage-no-kata certificate - terrific work from her uke, a recent novice to judo at the time.
Ura Nage
Don't blink! Del pressed record at the right moment. In her quickest fight yet of 11 seconds, in 2010, an impressive Ura-nage as an attack was used to win more points for Marie.
